Measurement before design
Before selecting any equipment, we conduct professional wireless measurements (Ekahau) and audit the existing cable infrastructure. We design from data, not assumptions — that is why our deployments work from day one.

When you contact us about a project, you speak with someone who has installed these systems. We keep the team deliberately small — it means every project gets genuine attention, honest timelines and a direct line to the people actually doing the work.

Our team's history in hotel technology predates iBeeQ by decades. We started our careers in a European hotel technology company — building and maintaining networks, TV systems and security infrastructure for properties across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and beyond. We learned what it means to keep a hotel system running during a fully-booked weekend. We learned how to design WiFi for a building where every room is occupied at the same time. We learned that hospitality technology is a specialisation, not just a category.
In 2015, we founded iBeeQ. Based in Poland, European in reach, hospitality-only in focus. Over a hundred installations later, the approach has not changed: we design, install and support technology that hotel operations actually depend on.

25 years in one industry.
We didn't start from scratch. Before iBeeQ, there were years in an international hospitality technology corporation — deployments in hotels from Germany to the Middle East. That knowledge is the foundation of everything we do today.
2015
iBeeQ founded
Our own company: corporate know-how, boutique flexibility. Individual approach to each property, full accountability, direct contact with the engineer — not a call centre.
