wifi_find WiFi Surveys

We don't guess.
We measure.

A WiFi network designed without a proper site survey is a network designed for the ideal scenario, not the actual building. We measure first — signal propagation, interference sources, guest density per floor — then design.

Pre-installation survey

Before we design your network, we measure the building. Concrete walls, metal structures and neighbouring networks all affect propagation differently. Heatmaps from the actual site replace guesswork with data.

Post-installation verification

After installation, we walk the same routes and verify that coverage meets specification. Every dead zone, every channel conflict and every roaming failure is documented and resolved before handover.

Audit of existing network

Your WiFi has complaints but you don't know why. We analyse your current setup: access point placement, channel configuration, client density, interference — and give you a prioritised remediation list.

What a WiFi survey covers

  • verified Building walkthrough with measurement equipment — every corridor, room type and common area
  • verified Signal strength mapping — coverage heatmaps per floor
  • verified Interference analysis — neighbouring networks, microwave ovens, DECT phones, BLE devices
  • verified Capacity planning — concurrent device count per access point, roaming behaviour
  • verified Existing infrastructure assessment — cable runs, switch locations, power availability
  • verified Written report with findings, recommendations and access point placement plan

Why a site survey before building a hotel WiFi network

verified Hotel buildings vary enormously — concrete construction, tiled bathrooms and metal lift shafts kill WiFi signal in ways that floor plans don't show
verified Access point placement errors are expensive to fix after installation — a survey costs a fraction of a rework
verified Interference from neighbouring networks is only visible with measurement equipment on site
verified Capacity planning without real device counts leads to overloaded access points during peak hours
verified A written report gives you documentation if questions arise from management or guests
